MY LIFE CHANGED WHEN I STARTED TO FOCUS ON STRONG NOT SKINNY
After spending years as a dancer, where there was always pressure to be thin, and I myself very insecure and uncomfortable in my skin. It was only after I met my now husband Sheldon, a personal trainer, who introduced me to strength training that helped me feel strong, powerful and confident in my body. Since then my passion has grown to helping others find their confidence and love for their bodies, by becoming a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. My methods are education based and focus on empowering you to make healthy choices that are sustainable for your lifestyle. With over 7 years of experience teaching group classes and private sessions I provide safe & effective workouts that are functional and fun!
Sheldon has now joined me in the Body by Jojo community by participating in live and recorded classes, assisting with workout program design, and offering a demonstration of different modifications in classes.
