Complete 4 Body by Jojo classes per week following the schedule provided by your coaches. Option to select 30 minute workouts based on your schedule.
Follow the nutrition guidelines focused on reducing inflammation, increasing energy and optimizing body composition (these will be guidelines only and not required to participate in the challenge)

Weekly accountability check-ins, plus additional accountability from your assigned coach, Jojo or Sheldon. New this year, we are splitting challenge participants into two teams to see which team can have the most members hit the finish line!

This is a six-week challenge to refocus after a fun summer and get your mind and body back into your fitness goals this fall, in a sustainable and healthy way! Fitness is better with friends! Refer two friends to participate in the Fall Challenge, and if they both complete it, you receive a FREE month of Body by Jojo! This is a great way to increase your own level of accountability while at the same time inspiring others to get active, feel their best and have fun together! Studies show members are way more consistent when participating with a friend(s), and, as a result, are more likely to reach their goals!
