Hi, I'm Jojo!
I come from a background in dance where I struggled with my body image. I approached fitness with an “all or nothing” mindset, focusing on restriction instead of flexibility.
Then I discovered strength training, and it felt amazing! I felt strong. I felt good. My main goal now is to share that with other women!
I also met my husband, Sheldon, through strength training, and together we’ve built this incredible online family of community members who share mutual goals for health, strength, and an overall improved ability to live life to the fullest.MEET JOJO
