I spent years as a dancer...
And there was always a pressure to be thin! I felt very insecure and uncomfortable in my own skin during those years. I approached fitness with an “all or nothing” mindset, focusing on restriction instead of flexibility.
Then I found strength training
Sheldon, my husband, introduced me to the strength training that helped me feel strong, powerful, and confident in my body! Ever since then, my passion has evolved into helping others find strength and confidence while loving their bodies, an essential combination for living a fulfilling life!
I love being an online fitness coach!
I get to share what I’ve learned with other women and watch our amazing community of busy Mamas (and Papas!), dedicated remote workers, and lifelong fitness learners embody the incredible power they have!

I worked as a personal trainer for seven years…
In a 1:1 clinical environment where I became an expert in delivering brief, intense workouts for busy professionals, coaching them towards greater health and fitness outcomes.
After seven years in fitness…
I was ready to see what else I could do, so I sought a new challenge. Being at the right place at the right time, I landed a gig doing sales at a software services firm, but my passion for fitness never let up and I was stubborn about preserving my health and happiness.
So I jotted down a playbook for staying in shape…
I did this despite being a busy desk worker battling deadlines and unexpected customer fires. Then Covid happened. My wife, JoJo, who had a successful career as a fitness class instructor, was forced to adapt. She quickly pivoted to an online business model, and that’s when things really took off!
Now I teach busy professionals how to work out!
Sensing an opportunity to be in business together (a dream we shared) I left Tech after a half-decade to not just be her life partner, but her business partner too!
Now I’m full-time fitness, teaching busy professionals how to work out from their home and office, and most importantly, how to stick with it!
