I'm here to help YOU build strength and confidence in your body. As a dancer, I always wanted to lose weight or get thinner and it wasn't until I started my journey of getting stronger that I finally felt confident in my body. Now, through one on one coaching and virtual classes, I support women through the same transformation I went through.
