Homemade Veggie Dip

  • 1 large shallot (2 tablespoons minced)
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Mince the shallot. 
  2. Mix the shallot together with the remaining ingredients. If your Greek yogurt is very thick, you can stir in a few teaspoons of water until it is the desired consistency.
  3. Serve on a vegetable platter, or with pita chips!
  4. Serve immediately. Store refrigerated.
