Here are five reasons why you should consider joining our Spring Move Challenge beginning March 21st!
1) It gets you out of your comfort zone. Are you a creature of habit, taking the same classes each week and never trying anything new on the Body by Jojo platform? We get it! You stick to what you like. But the challenge will help you step outside your comfort zone, try something new and perhaps find a new favourite class type! You won't know until you try!
2) Extra motivation! Sometimes, well, let's be honest, often, we don't feel motivated to move. But when we have a calendar in front of us telling us exactly what to do, we are way more likely to suck it up and get our booty off the couch!
3) Increase your steps. With this challenge focusing on moving MORE, we will assign you walks that will help get you off of your butt and outside to enjoy some fresh air. You'll be amazed at how much better you feel after a walk!
4) Focus on nutrition! Sure we always have our Body by Jojo principles available for you to follow, but having a specific nutrition guideline or focus can help you improve your daily habits when it comes to a challenge. Whether it's increasing your veggie intake, making more meals at home or upping your H20, after six weeks, you'll feel so good about your efforts to improve your health
5) Increase your energy levels. It's funny that the more tired we are, the less we want to move, but getting a move on it is what would bring us back to feeling energized! Daily movement will help boost your energy levels, mood, endorphins and productivity. Who doesn't want that?
