August Live Class Schedule

A little note about August ❤️

You’ll notice the August calendar looks a little different than usual!

I’ll be taking one week off from live classes this month (as I usually do a few times throughout the year), but recordings will be scheduled so you can keep your routine going. 💪

We also have a trip to Boston at the end of the month and a few appointments for Addy throughout August, so there are a couple of other small schedule adjustments. I've done my absolute best to keep things as similar as possible but for those of you that attend live, please review the schedule closely. Of course I will still send out the schedule each week I just wanted to give you a bit of a heads up!
